PROVO, Utah - January Riggin, founder of Soap2Hope, informs participants on August 24, 2022, about modern day human trafficking here in Utah. Riggin was a guest speaker at both the Junior Leadership and the Victim Advocate and Leadership Summit this year. Riggin shared her story as a trafficking survivor and how Guard members must be vigilant of human trafficking dangers throughout the state and local communities
