CAP DRAA TRAINING AREA -Morocco - A Soldier from the 2/121st Infantry Regiment, Georgia Army National Guard, is flown from Cap Draa for further treatment June 9, 2021 near Cap Draa, Morocco during African Lion 21. African Lion is U.S. Africa Command's largest, premier, joint, annual exercise hosted by Morocco, Tunisia, and Senegal. More than 7,000 participants from nine nations and NATO train together with a focus on enhancing readiness for U.S. and partner nation forces. The Soldier was treated by the 144th Area Support Medical Company and flown to a nearby Moroccan hospital for further assessment and treatment.
