CAMP WILLIAMS, Utah - Utah Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Andrea Chica of 97th Aviation Troop Command, learns how to use a SINCGARS radio as part of theUtah National Guard Best Warrior Competition,Oct. 16, 2022, at Camp Williams, Utah. The Utah National Guard Best Warrior Competition is an annual event that brings together Soldiers and Airmen from the major commands to compete for the title of Soldier/Airman-of-the-Year, Noncommissioned Officer-of-the-Year and Senior NCO-of-the-Year.
