PROVO, Utah - Brig. Gen. Joseph Green, assistant adjutant general, Utah National Guard shares his experience involving hardships and explains how trauma impacts Guard units and families. Green said although he understands some obstacles may hinder the SAPR and VA mission, he is always available to support Utah Guard members.
