SPRINGVILLE, Utah - Lt. Col. Budd Vogrinec (left), commander of the 489th Brigade Support Battalion and Command Sgt. Maj. Garrett Whatcott encase the guidon of their unit during a deactivation ceremony at the Springville Readiness Center in Springville, Utah, Sept. 13, 2020. Vogrinec and Whatcott are now the command team for the newly activated 625th Military Police Battalion, Utah National Guard.
