CAMP WILLIAMS, Utah - Heidi Strong receives a dozen yellow roses at the 300th Military Intelligence Brigade change-of-command ceremony as her husband, Col. Cody Strong, takes command of the brigade, Aug. 6, 2022, at Camp Williams, Utah.
